{"id":48,"date":"2025-12-07T22:49:45","date_gmt":"2025-12-07T22:49:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lrc150.ca\/?page_id=48"},"modified":"2025-12-07T22:59:40","modified_gmt":"2025-12-07T22:59:40","slug":"regles-de-base-pour-le-lot","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/lrc150.ca\/index.php\/regles-de-base-pour-le-lot\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e8gles de base pour le lot"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>R\u00e8gles de base pour le lot et le monument de la Filiale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Camarade inhum\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du lot de la Filiale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le\/la camarade doit avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 lib\u00e9r\u00e9 honorablement des Forces arm\u00e9es canadiennes, de la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 lib\u00e9r\u00e9 honorablement des Forces arm\u00e9es d\u2019un pays alli\u00e9 du Canada ou avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 membre de la L\u00e9gion royale canadienne pendant un minimum de 12 ann\u00e9es sans r\u00e9primande \u00e0 son dossier;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019espace disponible ne permet que l\u2019inhumation d\u2019une urne;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le choix de l\u2019emplacement \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du lot est au bon vouloir de la Filiale;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les membres de la famille d\u2019un\/une camarade ne sont pas \u00e9ligibles par lien familiaux \u00e0 \u00eatre inhum\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du lot de la Filiale a moins de se conformer eux-m\u00eames aux pr\u00e9sents crit\u00e8res;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les frais d\u2019inhumation et de gravure sur le monument sont \u00e0 la charge de la succession du camarade;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toutes les gravures sur le monument doivent \u00eatre en conformit\u00e9 avec les crit\u00e8res \u00e9tablis par la Filiale et seront command\u00e9es par cette derni\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Basic rules for the lot and the monument of the Branch<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.  Comrade Buried Within the Branch Plot<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The comrade must have been honorably discharged from the Canadian Armed Forces, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, from the Armed Forces of a country allied with Canada, or have been a member of the Royal Canadian Legion for a minimum of 12 years without a reprimand on their record;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The available space only allows for the burial of an urn;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The choice of location within the plot is at the discretion of the Branch;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Family members of a comrade are not eligible by family ties to be buried within the Branch plot unless they themselves meet these criteria;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The costs of burial and engraving on the monument are the responsibility of the comrade&#8217;s estate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All engravings on the monument must comply with the criteria established by the Branch and will be commissioned by the latter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Crit\u00e8res d\u2019inscriptions sur le monument de la Filiale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Seule la Filiale peut ordonner une inscription sur le monument;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les inscriptions seront sur deux lignes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les inscriptions auront une hauteur sp\u00e9cifique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le choix de la police sur les inscriptions sera fait par la Filiale;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un code QR sera appos\u00e9 au monument de la Filiale et dirigera les visiteurs vers le site internet de la Filiale;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une page sur le site internet de la Filiale sera am\u00e9nag\u00e9 afin de produire le plan du cimeti\u00e8re Saint-Odilon de Montmagny, une liste des camarades inhum\u00e9s hors du lot de la Filiale ainsi que l\u2019adresse du lot ou ceux-ci sont inhum\u00e9s;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une page sur le site internet de la Filiale sera am\u00e9nag\u00e9e afin de produire une liste des camarades originaires de la r\u00e9gion de Montmagny ainsi que leurs lieux de s\u00e9pulture hors du cimeti\u00e8re Saint-Odilon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>2.    Criteria for Inscriptions on the Branch Monument<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only the Branch can order an inscription on the monument;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inscriptions will be on two lines;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inscriptions will have a specific height;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Branch will choose the font for the inscriptions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A QR code will be affixed to the Branch monument and will direct visitors to the Branch website;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A page on the Branch website will be created to display a map of the Saint-Odilon Cemetery in Montmagny, a list of comrades buried outside the Branch plot, and the address of the plot where they are buried;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A page on the Branch website will be created to display a list of comrades from the Montmagny region and their burial locations outside the Saint-Odilon Cemetery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>R\u00e8gles de base pour le lot et le monument de la Filiale 1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Camarade inhum\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du lot de la Filiale Basic rules for the lot and the monument of the Branch 1.
